If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace it for you but you must notify us of the damage within 7 days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and we will then exchange them for the same item.
Please send details and photos of defective items to admin@promotionalgoods.ie and we will respond as quickly as possible.
